Wenneker White Creme de Cacao

White creme de cacao is used the same way as brown creme de cacao but in drinks or situations where a white liquid is preferred to the brown. Chocolate Martinis are the perfect example and a good use for this white liqueur. This is not a 'white chocolate' liqueur, it had all the rich flavours of dark cocoa, like it's brown version but made slightly differently. Try this white cocoa liqueur poured over fresh fruit, in light or clear drinks or simply served as a nightcap liqueur.
